General Information:  

• Shipping prices are estimates only. Actual shipping cost may vary (most variance is seen on international orders). Some part numbers require additional dimensional weight, multiple box, or crating charges. These charges are not reflected in real-time quotes.
• Control surface skins and flap trailing edge bulbs must be shipped via UPS or FedEx. USPS is not an option for these parts.
• If our records indicate you do not have a current catalog, one will be included with your order. If you do not want to receive a new catalog, then please type NO CATALOG under Special Instructions.
• Applicable brokerage fees, duties and taxes are not included. McFarlane Aviation Products has no control over the international fees of each country once the package leaves the United States border.

FAA 8130-3 Export Forms:

• If an 8130-3 Export Form is required, please indicate this in the Special Instructions field by typing "8130-3 Export Form Requested for X" where X is the final destination country.
• Additional fees or delivery delays may apply. A salesperson will contact you to explain the exact fees, lead time and other options after your orders is placed if necessary. 
• 8130-3 Forms cannot be provided after the order has shipped.
• Generic US domestic 8130-3 Identification Tags are not allowed by the FAA for McFarlane manufactured parts.

DHL International:  

• International shipments only.
• International DHL shipments originating in the US require a DHL account number that is nine (9) digits and start with "93" or "95". Please provide your DHL account number in the "Special Instructions" field above.
• Orders will ship the following business day.

FedEx:

• FedEx orders placed by 3:00 pm Central Time will be shipped the same business day.
• If you would like shipping charges applied to your FedEx account, please provide your account number in the "Special Instructions" field above. 
• COD: US domestic shipments only, $11.00 fee
• Orders over $400.00 in value require a customer signature for delivery.
• Domestic FedEx Ground Residential/Home Delivery shipments are delivered Tuesday-Saturday. Shipments in Alaska and Canada are delivered Monday-Friday.
• Domestic FedEx Air Residential, and Ground and Air shipments to commercial locations are delivered Monday-Friday.
• Dimensional weight is charged for Express services and large boxes shipped Ground. These charges are not reflected in real-time quotes but are calculated at the time of shipment.

• McFarlane applies a freight discount of 20% to FedEx International shipments.
• Delivery date of the package is guaranteed.
• If the package is lost a claim can be filed immediately.
• Brokerage fees, duties and taxes apply to international shipments, and are charged by the carrier.

UPS: 

• Orders placed on Monday-Thursday by 5:00 pm Central Time or on Friday by 4:30 pm Central Time will be shipped the same business day.
• If you would like shipping charges applied to your UPS account, please provide your account number in the "Special Instructions" field above.
• COD: US domestic shipments only, $11.00 fee
• Dimensional weight is charged for Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3-Day Select and large boxes shipped Ground. These charges are not reflected in real-time quotes but are calculated at the time of shipment.
• For time-in transit from McFarlane to your location: UPS Ground Service Map. Transit times during 2017 holiday season: UPS Map.
• The delivery date of the package is guaranteed.
• If the package is lost a claim can be filed immediately.
• Brokerage fees, duties and taxes apply to international shipments, and are charged by the carrier. 

USPS (Mail):

• Note: The US Postal Service has suspended service to many countries as a temporary measure in response to limitations resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic. Please verify service to your destination by reviewing the current International Service Disruptions. 
• Express Mail orders placed by 10:00 am CT will be shipped the same business day. Every effort will be made to ship via other USPS services on the same business day.
• COD Fee: Determined by the invoice amount. US domestic shipments only.
• Packages over 13 oz cannot be shipped USPS First Class. If USPS First Class is selected and the weight including packing materials is over 13 oz, the package will be shipped USPS Priority.
• McFarlane does not charge for the weight of our product catalog.
• The postage marked on the outside of USPS packages does not include third party insurance costs.
• USPS Express Mail service is not an overnight service to all areas. Please check with your post office or http://www.usps.com to verify delivery time to your destination.
• Delivery date of the package is not guaranteed, unless Express service is selected.
• If the package is lost a claim cannot be filed for thirty days.
• Brokerage fees do not apply, but duties and taxes for international shipments are charged by the carrier.
